The Rotorua District Council is reviewing its District Plan. This is a comprehensive look at the existing plan provisions on what is working and what is not. Property owners should be aware of this and take the opportunity to be part of the review process.

1. Discuss and illustrate the types of work that can be done around a residential property that does not require a building consent
2. Discuss some of the disclosure requirements of vendors when they are property developers
3. Give short list of issues to be aware of when buying property from a building consent and resource consent point of view.
